Dravidian Trails believes that social responsibilities cannot just be corporate policy and that it is necessary to carry them through in every step we take. As a tour operator we have limitations in direct implementation but we are firmly committed to all best practices such as bringing benefits to local communities and protecting the environment etc. Our colleagues are from the region and we always seek to involve and support locals in all our activities.
We strongly request all our guests to help protect nature by being responsible during their journey. We recognise conservation as one of the most important tasks and have joined organisations such as TOFTigers to contribute to this by offering the best support we can from our side.
Unfortunately tourism can disturb local communities and it is therefore essential that community welfare and conservation of forests and the environment are central concerns and properly taken care of.
