BITTU SAHGAL - Author, Editor and Conservationist, he is one of India’s most outspoken conservationists who has been raising awareness in India through his environment and wildlife magazine, Sanctuary Asia for over 25 years. He is also instigator of the huge Kids for Tigers programme.

RAJIV BHARTARI - A respected IFS officer and professor at the Wildlife institute of India, who was in Corbett for nearly ten years, the 3 as Park Director before heading up the Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board in 2008. His present position is in Dehra Dun as Chief Conservator of Forests Ecotourism. |

KK SINGH - The father of wildlife tourism, he started in Bandhavgarh in the early 1980’s. He is a respected naturalist and has been on Madhya Pradesh’s Wildlife Board for many years, as well as being a long term member of its Legislative Assembly till 2008. |

Founder Chairman of Travel Operators for Tigers, he was until recently the Managing Director of an award winning Wildlife Travel company called Discovery Initiatives (now Steppes Discovery). His role is to coordinate the event and the awards themselves. |

SANJAY GUBBI - Assistant Director at the Bangalore based Willdife Conservation Society he holds MSc in Conservation Biology, researches human-wildlife interactions and writes about tourism and conservation. His current work is in the Western Ghats of Southern India. |
