September 2012

Again, a generous number of TOFT International and Indian members jointly funded the second annual Park Guide Field training programme for 25 of the best Park Guides from Kanha and Bandhavgarh National Parks. This was done in cooperation with the Indian Institute of Forest Management (IIFM) in Bhopal, with field based training in Satpura Tiger Reserve. It is the first time these guides have had such a comprehensive training. Further details here.
