After a telephonic/personal interview, selected Naturalist applicants would undergo an intensive Selection program for 5 weeks in the field, covering flora, fauna, birds, guiding techniques, driving, hospitality etc.

Upon successful completion of the selection-training programme you would be offered a position of a Junior or Senior Naturalist depending upon your performance and aptitude.
