Dr Kartikeya Singh Chouhan

Dr. Chouhan is Founder of Wildlife & Forestry Services. He holds a Master’s Degree in Ecology & Environment and has years of research experience working with Wildlife Institute of India, during which he studied the ecology of Indian Wolves and Asiatic Lions. A proficient trapper of wolves and other canids, he has expertise in catching, anesthetising and radio collaring wild animals. In 2011, while working with Taj Safaris, he was one of the specialists involved in the reintroducing Gaur from Kanha to Bandhavgarh. Dr. Chouhan is also a specialist trainer, and heads the TOFTigers training as required including training 600 guides and game drivers, and who regularly conducts training for frontline forest department staff, guides and naturalists.
