Chindu is a TOFTigers’ PUG Auditor. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. (Environmental Science) from GGSIP University, Delhi, developing an eco-tourism impact assessment tool for various tourist destinations of Munnar, Kerala. She is also an Advisory Member of the World Gastronomy Institute, Spain. She has carried out participatory rural appraisals for various villages in Delhi and was selected as Delhi ambassador for Rio+20 INDIA Program. Furthermore, she has presented her work on sustainable ecotourism as posters, paper presentations, and talks at various national and international forums. She also has well-cited research papers, chapters, and articles in various highly acclaimed national and international publications. She is also associated with NGOs working towards finding sustainable environmental solutions. As a TOFTigers PUG auditor, she has carried out more than 30 environmental and social audits in the vicinity of major protected areas in India. Chindu is a GSTC internationally-qualified auditor and recently she successfully completed the Travelife Coach and Auditor training.
