Located on Dayapur Island on the banks of the River Pitchkhali opposite the mangrove reserve, this camp is a comfortable resort for exploring the region’s fascinating mangrove forests, myriad islands and fascinating wildlife. The island has no electricity and fresh water so the lodge has provided ample quantities through rainwater harvesting and solar energy. A range of rooms cater to your comfort and budget needs each individually hand painted with pictures of the area’s flora and fauna. Visit the camp’s private lake for the migratory birds or go for birding walks within its grounds. Keep an eye out for crocodiles, crabs and other marine creatures that call the river their home.
