With the focus on conservation, tourism and heritage, the Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve (TATR), one of the most popular tiger reserves in the country, will celebrate a three-day ‘Tadoba Festival’ from March 1 to 3.

December 5, 2023:  TOFTigers, in collaboration with the esteemed Sanctuary Nature Foundation, organized the 6th TOFTigers Wildlife Tourism Awards at Bikaner House, New Delhi. The awards ceremony, theme "Recognizing and Rewarding the Good Work," served as a platform to honour outstanding contributions to sustainable and responsible tourism in the Indian subcontinent. The event brought together state tourism officials, businesses, service providers, photographers, community enterprises, wildlife enthusiasts that have demonstrated a profound commitment to conservation through exceptional wildlife tourism initiatives.

We are thrilled to announce a significant development in our ongoing commitment to conservation and the promotion of responsible tourism. TOFTigers has recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Green Destinations, a global leader in sustainable destination management.

TOFTigers is excited to unveil the rescheduled dates for the 6th TOFTigers Wildlife Tourism Awards 2023 to December 5, 2023, at the distinguished Bikaner House in New Delhi. As a prelude to the awards, we are also hosting TOFTigers Sustainable Tourism B2B Travel Trade Show. This year’s theme is “Recognising Responsible Wildlife Tourism”. The awards serve to recognize and reward the top performers in the nature tourism industry, including individuals, businesses, service providers, and community enterprises, who have demonstrated a deep commitment to sustainable practices and responsible tourism in the Indian subcontinent.

Destination Management is the art of getting all the components of a destination like attractions, amenities, accessibility, human resources, image, and pricing, together to attract tourists. The central role of destination management is to harmonize these elements into a cohesive strategy or plan, one that serves the interests of all involved stakeholders.
