Driving Sustainability in Travel and Tourism
15th July 2020
TOFTigers during the lockdown engaged DMCs and their team with an Online tutorial titled “Driving Sustainability in your Travel Business” with the aim of integrating sustainability in their operations – so we were sharing our knowledge and the techniques to reinvent the travel world with the new normal.
We also gave an option to delegates to earn their “TOFTIGERS SUSTAINBILE TRAVEL AWARENESS certification !”

Mr. Laurige Boyer, Owner, Eastern Routes: “The Sustainable Tourism Tutorial organized by TOFTigers came with an exciting and refreshing brief that engaged us from the start. It resonated with our ideologies and gave us a chance to share an example of a sustainable travel itinerary showcasing responsible tourism in Northeast India. With a focus on slow travel, it helped us design an itinerary that offers a much more immersive experience and a deeper connection to the land and its people. We thank Ritu, Julian, and Shabarni for their invaluable inputs and tips that helped in refining the itinerary with details that made all the difference.”
